There will not be any kind of liability of a Member / Dealer of Saral Services against the Company. By marketing Mobile Communication Servicing products , whatever the Income or Commission gain by the Company, a huge part of the same will be distributed by adopting MLM skills among the Members / Dealers eligible, or who directly or indirectly promoted the business of the Company. Hence all Members / Dealers must use their best efforts to promote busin Saral Services and provide bonafide supervision to their down-line. This should include on going contact, communication, encouragement and support, etc.
Once the business is through, all incentives / commissions / gifts which the Saral Services business will be entitled to, shall be paid to the Members / Dealers as per the Saral Services‘s Business & Marketing plan. Whatever the benefits a Member / Dealer gain, the income amount will be paid to him/her by deducting TDS and Administration Charges as applicable form time to time. Earnings of a Member / Dealer will be paid live to E-Wallet in his/her Web Account.
A Member / Dealer can liquidate his/her E-Wallet balance by utilizing the services present in the Company Business, like Collecting Cash and Transferring Amount (Fund Transfer) to other Saral Services Members/ Dealers E-Wallet, Purchasing of Pins for new joining, Recharging Mobile Currency etc., and also can Withdraw the balance amount of E-Wallet by ECS / Cheques whenever he/she deems fit by maintaining 0.00 (Zero) balance in his/her E-Wallet. A Withdrawal charge of 5% will be levied on all withdrawals and Rs. 500/- will be the minimum request for withdrawal.
Further when a Member’s / Dealer’s E-Wallet exhaust or contains 0.00 (zero) balance and he/she wants to use the services of the Company Business, he/she can upload his/her E-Wallet by transferring amount from other Saral Services Member’s E-Wallet by paying upfront cash to them, or by paying upfront cash in any Regional Offices, Branches / Customer Care centers and Exclusive Franchisee Outlets of or by Saral Services depositing upfront amount through FUND TRANSFER / RTGS / NEFT / CASH direct to any Company’s Bank Account. Below mentioned are the Company’s Bank Accounts and their terms for the convenience of the Members / Dealers of Saral Services.
IF you are depositing cash to any of our bank account, while depositing please request the Cashier of the Bank to kindly enter your Mobile Number and Name in front of Cash deposit, it will help us to track your amount easily. While collecting cash, cashier used to enter in computer only as By Cash, if you request him definitely he will enter your Mobile Number and Name on which you want that amount as E-Wallet balance. And if you are transferring funds through Net Banking, while transferring there will be a Remarks field to enter some text, there at Remarks field please enter only your Mobile Number and Name on which you want that amount as E-Wallet balance.
Saral Services Members can Transfer Amount through Net Banking to any of the below listed Banks on all Bank working days from Monday to Saturday between 10.00 PM to 8.00 PM, Transfers received after 8.00 PM will be processed on the next working day after 10.00 PM. After Verification and Clarification, all Net Banking Transferred Amount will be processed and uploaded to the concerned Member’s E-Wallet within 1 hour of the receipt of Net Banking Transfer on every Monday to Saturday, no Net Banking Transfers will be entertained on Sundays, however the Net Banking Transfers received on Sundays will be processed and uploaded to the concerned Member’s E-Wallet on the next working day which is on Monday 10.00 PM. As the time restricted for Uploading of E – Wallet against Net Banking Transfers is 1 hour of the receipt of transfer everyday, all Members who Transfer Amount through Net Banking has to wait for 1 hour for the transferred amount to be uploaded to their E-Wallet. If the transferred amount does not get uploaded till 1 hour of transfer, Members can call on the Upload Department number 08459799090, verify and complain regarding their Net Banking Transfers, that too only after 1 hour of their transfer.
Saral Services Members can Deposit Cash to any of the below listed Banks on all Bank working days from Monday to Saturday before 3.00 PM, however Cash Deposits received after 3.00 PM will be processed and uploaded to the concerned Member’s E-Wallet on the next working day. After Verification and Clarification, all Cash Deposits will be processed and uploaded to the concerned Member’s E-Wallet between 6.00 PM to 7.00 PM everyday. As the time restricted for Uploading of E-Wallet against Cash Deposit between 6.00 PM to 7.00 PM everyday, all Members who deposits Cash to the Bank has to wait till 7.00 PM for the deposited amount to be uploaded to their E-Wallet. If the deposited amount does not get uploaded till 7.00 PM, Members can call on the Upload Department number 08459799090, verify and complain regarding their Cash Deposits, that too only after 7.00 PM. No uploads will be entertained on Sundays.
And also when you are Depositing Cash please do not deposit amount in round figures like 500, 1000, 2000, 5000 etc., please deposit an indifferent figures like 535, 1020, 2015, 5065 etc., or the best way is to deposit the amount as resembling to the last two or three digits of your Mobile ID Number. For example 1. If your ID Mobile Number is xxxxxxx261, then please deposit the figures like 561, 661, 1061, 1261, 2061, 2261, 5061, 5261 etc. And For example 2. If your ID Mobile Number is xxxxxxx032, then please deposit the figures like 532, 632, 1032, 1232, 2032, 2232, 5032, 5532 etc. And after Depositing Amount to Bank, please intimate only to the Company via SMS about your Deposit and keep the information confidential, do not disclose it to any one untill you receive it from the Company, may someone else can misuse your information and take upload to their E-Wallet. All these above aspects is to track your deposits easily without getting misused or miss-uploaded to other Member’s E-Wallet.
